Cecile J. Bereal
founded RMA Management Alliance, Inc., a Human Resources consulting,
leadership, coaching, organization management and training firm. As an accomplished consultant, executive
coach and trainer, Ms. Bereal works with all levels of management, and frequently
with general population employees. She
has a track record of success supporting senior management to identify and
build on organizational and personal strengths in order to resolve conflict and
maximize organizational effectiveness.
She coaches and facilitates team building and strategic planning for
senior teams and general population employees.
Ms. Bereal
also assists public and private organizations to achieve positive resolution of
employment issues involving protected class discrimination and sexual
harassment. Additionally, she develops,
writes, and statistically analyzes recruitment, hiring, promotion practices and
adverse impact as they relate to affirmative action.
Due to her
knowledge of EEO legislation and Title VII employment issues, she is on the “A”
list with employers and legal counsel who retain her to conduct neutral 3rd
party investigations. Law firms look to
Ms. Bereal as an expert witness as it relates to employee relations issues and
potential litigation. She is an approved
EEO/Title VII mediator for the EEOC in
Ms. Bereal is
a premier, facilitative trainer in topics such as Title VII Protected Class
discrimination, Leadership, Problem Solving/Conflict Resolution, Team Building
and Intervention; Organizational Effectiveness, General and Sexual Harassment,

Ms. Bereal
holds a Masters degree in Human Resources (Organizational Management), and a
